Two such cycles are usually enough. While this is going on you can relax and listen to music or watch TV. By following some simple care instructions, your teeth will always be lighter colored than they were before. To keep your teeth looking their best, we recommend flossing and brushing twice daily.

HOME WHITENING

Your dentist will take impressions which are then sent to the lab, where special trays are made to fit your mouth exactly. During your next appointment you will be shown how to use your home-whitening kit to whiten your teeth at home. You will need to apply the whitening gel regularly over 10 to 14 days, leaving it on for 1 to 2 hours at a time.
