Anti Snoring Device

Snoring is the hoarse sound that we hear when your breathing is partially obstructed while you are sleeping. Mostly snoring is a nuisance for the family. Lifestyle changes such as losing weight, avoiding alcohol before bedtime or sleeping on your side can help stop snoring.

Oral devices are the most effective way to resolve snoring and sleep apnea. These devices are custom made. There are two types of anti-snoring devices available:

  • Mandibular repositioning device: These keep the airway open by repositioning your lower jaw while you are in deep sleep.
  • Tongue retaining devices: These hold the tongue in such a way so as to keep your airway open.
